Everything Changes...Welcoming the stories back

It has been a few years since I have made any updates to this page, and life getting in the way is mostly to blame.

A relocation back to Eastern Iowa, a few years “stuck” at a job that made me miserable, and a numbness to the world around me had made it difficult to write. Most often times writing for me comes with adventure and travel or depression as a means to vent frustration and emotion.

2024, was meant to be a year of change for me. My goals were laid out in December and I gave myself the year to complete them. I accomplished most even with some heartbreaking hurdles.

2024 and forward is about trying to get back to myself. A shell of which I have become.
